The Downtown San Diego Partnership is launching its newest sale in support of the economic vitality and cultural prosperity of downtown San Diego. The program, called Downtown Loyalty, is offering discounted buy-now, stay-later staycation packages to some of the top downtown hotels. These packages provide the perfect holiday gift, a safe getaway to look forward to, and also offer serious community benefits.

Downtown Loyalty has already directed nearly $50,000 of investment toward restaurants, bars, retail, and service providers, and it is now turning to support the struggling hospitality industry, which has suffered significantly due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The sale, which launches at noon on December 10, will support hotels such as The Bristol Hotel San Diego, Carte Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Downtown, Kimpton Hotel Palomar San Diego, Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego, The Sofia Hotel, and The US GRANT Hotel.

The sale will directly benefit the hospitality industry by pairing community support with customer purchases. The program mobilizes philanthropic funding to create exclusive discounts for Downtown Loyalty customers, which are then used to drive revenue directly to the businesses that need it the most.

Customers can choose from a variety of staycation packages, including those suitable for family adventures, solo trips, or couple's retreats. Downtown Loyal members will experience all that downtown has to offer at a discount, while also supporting their favorite businesses.

The Downtown San Diego Partnership and City Center Business District offer several public services and resources to maintain the vibrancy of the downtown area. This includes the Clean & Safe program, which provides essential public services to the 275 blocks of Downtown. For more information, visit downtownsandiego.org.
